These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the minimalcopy website and any services provided (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide copywriting services for content creators and infoproduct entrepreneurs. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each project proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit to start, with the balance due on delivery. Late payments may incur a fee. All fees are non‑refundable once deliverables have been provided.
Each service includes one revision round, provided requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery. New scope or additional rounds are billed separately.
Upon full payment, the final copy is assigned to you. Drafts, frameworks, and working files remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities or to infringe the rights of others.
We will treat non‑public project information as confidential. You agree to the same regarding our pricing, process, and internal materials.
Services are provided “as‑is”. We do not guarantee specific revenue or outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
We may reference your brand and project outcomes in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
